I took my family on vacation to the beach in -/-/-. We booked a room on - on -/-/2015. The Business was called -. The hotel had electrical problems and room smell of what we learned later was sprayed lacquer and was very filthy. It was not safe to stay in. We were force to immediately check out. The hotel was very rude and aggressive. I was with my wife and small children so we left. I immediately called my bank and disputed the transaction. Chase Bank has refused to honor the dispute even after they sent me a letter saying the dispute was final and I was not responsible for the charge on -/-/2015. I have the letter. Then a month later they sent me a letter on -/-/2015 that they were taking the money out of my account. I feel that Chase owes me the $520.00 the hotel fraudulent charged me. Chase agreed with me and after 4 months the reversed my dispute and stole my money out of my account. This is theft they already sided with me. Now Chase refuses to help me. They are my bank and I have complete protection from this and they still refuse to assist. Banks are stealing from poor people. I had the transaction ran as a - transaction. I attached the documents they sent me and my bank statement to show I had to book a new hotel and I did n't stay in - - where the - is located. We were forced to book a new hotel is -. You can see the transactions on my statement. to -.
