Hi, Chase made a new policy about printing bank statements. I went to my local branch in - - ( though I believe it is now a company policy ), and they claimed that they will charge me $6.00 for a monthly statement printout. I believe this is unfair, both the amount charged and the fact that they are willing to charge this amount. I am basically requesting a printout of a receipt for which they are charging me .... This is especially vexing as it is not a closed transaction. What I mean is that my bank account is always active, vs. a transaction at a store. I would like something to be done about this.
