Supposedly simple, I charged my trip thru my - card. The Agent said, it 's DENIED! So I used a different card -, and everythings okay. I called my - card and i told them that I was dissapointed and embarrassed. The Agent said your'e okay and do n't worry about it. The next day I checked my - account on line, and all the denied charges are there amounting to more than -. I called the - card and my Bank, Chase. They said I authorized it and I ca n't do anything about it. what a hurdle, I went to the bank, and they gave me a hard time as it was my fault, nothing happened. Then I used my card to buy gasoline for - dollars, and it was denied. I went back the next day and told them the problem. For more than - minutes all their responses were irrelevant to the problems. I started raising my voice, thats when they produced a document. They told me to fax the documentation to the dispute office ( to find out that the FA- number is not correct ) I check my statement on line and I can not see anything, then I called them while I 'm on line and they told me that check the statement on line and Yes, it was there but I can not read the statement, very small and not clear. For more than a month it was very stressful and raised my - -. Then at the end of the month, I found out that the bank automatically deducted $380.00 cents. The email said that the thanking me for the automatic payments. A few days later all the emails were deleted, i can no longer track the messages. At least they removed a lot of disputed charges but end up deducting - item from my checking account without my knowledgedt. I am already old, I 'll be - yo and can no longer handle this problem.
