JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,

Billing disputes District of Columbia

Regarding Chase case number : -, Reference number : - ( credit card charge-back ) : Chase Bank has been complicit to one of its customer 's theft and extortion, to which I fell victim. Chase Bank assisted one of its clients, - -, to initiate a credit card charge-back related to the purchase of an expensive high-end iPhone ( the most expensive model, 6Plus, -GB ) under the pretext that the item would be " not as described '', notably months after an online sale was finalized. However, ( i ) the item was exactly as describe, ( ii ) receipt of the item was confirmed both through USPS online tracking and ( iii ) the buyer himself, ( iv ) the buyer also confirmed in writing that the item was as described and gave me ( the seller ) the highest possible - star rating online. I provided all documents to -, which correctly assessed that this is a case of " buyer remorse '' and instructed Chase to cancel the charge-back. Astonishingly, Chase refused to comply with - instructions. The online platform that facilitated the sale- ( an -like sales platform selling phones ) also sided with

charge-back became the instrument of, first, a theft ( only through the charge-back the theft was possible ) and, secondly, the extortion / blackmail and that, knowing this, Chase Bank, becomes complicit to the theft and the extortion / blackmail. Chase Bank refused to follow up and refused to even give me a postal address where I could send in my documents. Having received all evidence and documents from - and me and still refusing to follow up, Chase is becoming complicit of the criminal acts, which were only possible because of Chase 's charge-back. In addition, - - claimed ( in writing! ) that the Chase Banker gave him the idea of initiating this charge-back and executed it for him, which makes Chase Banks involvement and subsequent refusal to cancel the charge-back despite all the evidence presented -, even more worrisome.
