I had an accident -/-/2014. The car was totaled. I contacted Chrysler Capital to find out how to handle the balance left over. I was told that there was n't anything due at the time. I tried several times to take care of this. I kept getting the same response. I moved in -/-/-. Months went by and I did n't hear anything. Then I went to buy another car and the Chrysler account is reporting inaccurate information. I sent a letter to see if I could get this straightened out, but have n't received a response. I will pay the money I owe ( minus late fees ), but I would like the reporting to be cleared up. If I was given a total when the claim was completed, I would have paid it then.
