Experian lowered my overall credit score. When I called member services to find out why, they looked into it and could not find any reason for the lower score. They would not correct. Sent me to a financial advisor but could not talk to an advisor unless I bought and identity theft package. Nothing on the report no fraud alerts, late payments or new accounts to dispute.
