I submitted a complaint in - regarding my student loans with Wells Fargo Bank. Per their response from the office of Research and Remediation Analyst, I contacted the law firm of - - - - in -, T-. I was told by the law firm to pay over $1000.00 a month and I explained to them that I ca n't afford it because I have other student loans and bills. Moreover, it is no that I do n't want to pay but my income at the end of the month ca n't meet the said amount. The law firm requested for my two month pay stub, tax returns and a letter which I submitted. I was told to call after two business days. When I called the law firm, I was told to pay $700.00 for one year, $1000.00 the second year and $1500.00 for the subsequent years. I explained once again that it is not that I do n't want to pay but my resources can not meet that payment plan. I have tried several times to contact - - on phone per the response I received but no answer or return call to the messages I left. The law firm has informed me that Wells Fargo has filed a law suit against me and if I ca n't pay what they are demanding from me, they will proceed with the court case. Please, permit me to mention that I 'm prepared and willing to pay any reasonable amount in consideration to my expenses which will be between $ - $ - request and appeal is to reduce the $700.00 to reasonable payment plan that I will be committed.
