I paid my vehicle off and received the pay off letter from Santander Consumer USA on -/-/2015. The letter states to allow 30 days for the credit reporting agencies to update their records. As of today 's date, - -, 2015, - shows the account as a Repo with an out standing balance? The vehicle was taken - - and I picked it up the same day? The following month it was paid in full. Santander credit dispute department states they forwarded the information to all - credit reporting agencies. - is saying they never received it? The 30 days to update has passed. I would like for the status of that account to show " Paid in Full ''.
