FHA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Colorado

I received a letter from our Mortgage lender ( Seterus Inc. ) on - -, 2015. The letter states that " an escrow refund in the amount of $650.00 has been requested and will be sent to you under separate cover once processed ''. To date, I have not received this refund. I have called - times and each time I am asked to call back.
