I pay my mortgage to Chase via -. I accidently entered the wrong - - - - - - did not contact me, but my payment was returned to them due to the wrong address. Chase sent me a late payment and we ( - ) uncovered what happened. I immediately paid my - mortgage payment. Chase reported me to the credit bureau. I 've had my home for almost 20 years and have never been late. I 'm asking Chase to expunge this from my record based on my good-faith statement. They refuse. I think this is unfair, not consumer friendly, and a severe repercussions for a simply typing error. I have all the records on - and can provide to you at any time.
