Pentagon FCU Consumer loan department,
Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease New York
Good afternoon. In - 2015 I requested a skip payment on my auto loan from my lender. They obliged and told me to continue making payments the following month. The stop payment did not go into effect, subsequently causing my lender to publish a 30 day delinquency on my credit report. Since then I have requested my credit report be updated with no success for over 6 months. I have been reassured my issue was valid and they are sorry for my inconvenience and that it is being taken care of numerous times, as well as been told I would receive a call back and other general lip service to get me off the phone with no result. My credit report has since been updated by the bureaus themselves show that my account status is pays as agreed '' but has not removed the erroneous 30 day delinquency in question. Further attempts with Pentagon Federal Credit Union have been fruitless, most recently starting the dispute process all over again with no guarantees or communication with anyone in the back office responsible for the previous disputes - I 'm only able to speak with front line representatives who place me on long holds while communicating information back and forth to the appropriate department. I 've had to pay out of pocket to obtain an updated credit report to fax over in order to begin the dispute process - otherwise face a hard pull inquiry on my report by Pentagon Federal Credit Union.
