Dear Sir or Ma'am, We are experiencing a financial hardship related to having to care for our son who is -, consequently we are not current with our Mortgage with CitiMortgage. We had been able to make payments on line through their website -. This morning to our surprise we found that the option to make payments is no longer available and our account locked. This was disappointing and creating more stress to not allowing us to have the opportunity to get our payment done. They advertise We are here to help you '', however being locked out of our online account prevents us from making our mortgage payment to have a digital fingerprint of our payment. Sorry you are not eligible to make payment online.
