Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Florida
I have having trouble with Ally. They have called and harrassed me multiple times about my payment. Each time they call i explain to them the same situation. My ex and me are divorced and I travel for work. Also, that I am unable to log into my account online to make a payment or set up auto pay and I have requested them to help me multiple times. There solution is to pass me off to a third party payment call where i have to pay a fee for my convenience. They keep charging me late fees which is unacceptable when i have requested help. I have been harassed multiple times by them and each time i have stated the same thing. I do I have - and sometimes i forget to cal, but when I make the same request over and over and it goes unanswered is unacceptable.
