JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,

APR or interest rate District of Columbia

Received a mailer today from Chase informing me of a change of terms, including an increase of apr starting -/-/15. Not only is this less than 45 days of notice, the apr will apply to purchases made after -/-/15, making the change retroactive to purchase prior to the notice.
