I had a car loan with Santander USA for a whole year I paid them and nothing was apply to my account. This was over 3 thousand dollar, -/-/- was suppose to be my last payment but they said I had to pay them for another year. Just this year I got another bank to refinance my car loan. But these people still took money I already had paid them. I had documentation to support this.
