JPMorgan Chase Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Illinois

This is in regards to a past complaint I had with Chase bank. Case # -. I have made a dispute regarding the money they refunded and will accept the $100.00 as a courtesy, but it still does n't justify the remaining $700.00 something dollars that was overdrawn on my account. Most of the time is was because of the time factors with my payroll check going in 1 hour prior to their allotted deposit time. In that situation I ca n't control. I literally work pay check to paycheck and for any unnecessary means that come out of my bank account upset my budget and most of the times by bills come thought and I do n't have enough money after the " fees '' to cover them. They say " we can only refund back so much '' so what they can live off of low income families with all these fees?
