I contacted Wells Fargo today and they advised that I was 51 days delinquent. I was a little confused as to why. I spoke with - who first advised that he was a supervisor ( I later found out that he was a lead ) and he advised me that if a partial payment is made on the account, then it is not applied towards the account and that interest accrues daily on the full amount due. I have made larger payments towards my account for some time. I want to make sure that the company is calculating the interest correctly. If they are not, I would like for them to adjust my account accordingly. Also, the person on the phone advised that he was a supervisor, when he was not. He was a lead. This is misleading.
