JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I went to - in - of this year for few days and rented a car -. Allegedly, - billed my credit card few months alter for reason still unclear to me. Chase mailed me documentation - which I ca n't read nor understand. I 've been working with Chase diligently to resolve this but apparently they are NOT listening nor seem to care. I 've left with a charge of $640.00. Please help in this - scenario!!!
