Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay North Carolina

Have had a loan from One Main Financial for less than one year and recently have had personal events that have made it difficult to repay this loan. To preclude filing bankruptcy I contacted a company called - -, ( a - party company ) in an attempt to set up a repayment plan. Recently, One Main Financial has been contacting me at my place of business in attempts to collect this debt. I am a - work for the - - and these calls are starting to annoy others in my office. At the request Clear One I had not made contact with any of my creditors in order to let the entire restructuring process take effect.
