Wells Fargo Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Arizona

A little background to the story, I 'm an out of state - student. I get a scholarship to study here & the tuition takes couple months to come in to my account. I 'm not working due to the fact that I 'm a full time plus more student. My mother is a single mother, trying to provide both me & my - year old younger brother. It 's very hard especially during this time of the year, when I have to constantly ask my mother for money for food & material/supplies I need for upcoming/ongoing projects ( materials can be pretty expensive! ). Recently, Wells Fargo charged me $35.00 - on a purchase I had made at - - on a Thursday and money was put in the following day. Throughout the whole weekend, I constantly checked my bank account to make sure I did n't have an insufficient fund & I was doing completely fine. However, just today which is Monday, I checked my account to see that they charged me $70.00 total for the transactions. I put in money into my account right after and called in to see if they can reimburse the fees but they coldheartedly declined my request and said that there was nothing they can do to help me. I do n't understand how any kind of banking service would be this rude and disrespectful. The charges were n't my fault, but still they refuse to believe that the fault is their system. I 've been a Wells Fargo customer for good 5 years, and yet they still have yet to respect me as a customer & help me out with the slightest thing like an reimbursement.
