Per Barclay Arrival + - account # -The account was suddenly and unexpectedly closed with creditor Barclay along with my earning of points reward, a letter was received few weeks after, with a closure reason due to history of account usage, and never more of it. Now the account has been in a good stand for a whole year since 2014, never late, never cycle the credit limit, the purchases is always under - for monthly spend, I have earned their points award system on a legit base from daily spend, and the membership fee has been paid. There is no reason that they cancel and confiscate all my points reward. It is safe to say that Barclay is without a legit ground to close my account due to my positive balance of points remaining on the account, which I have been accruing without any recent redemption. This is regrettably a shady business to say that Barclay close mine account due to the payout I 've legibly earned in saving their cost from paying out the reward. I would like my case to compensate me back all my reward points as into travel credit in form of check, along the credit of my recent membership fee that I 've just paid.
