I was in California for a summer program, and I got my account closed because I did not reply a letter with some security questions. But I check with the bank and this letter was returned to the bank, once I was not in -, so I never had an opportunity to reply it. I called the bank and I ask to receive this letter and reopen my account on my new address in California, but the letter did not arrived. The only way I could get my money back, was to returning to -. But I was studying in California so I could not come back. I am a - student from -, - is in a huge crises and my family could not send me more money at that time. I got a lot of problems due this closed account, so I had to borrow money to stay there and finish my - -. Also I had to cancel a planned trip with my friends, it was very inconvenient and abusive.
