Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Trouble with how payments are handled Utah
American Education Services has given me false information, charging me more than what is due, their website is not updated or organized, each representative gives students different information. Due to all of their fraudulent practices and false information, I have had multiple loans default now. I have tried working with them, I make payments because they tell me I have no options whatsoever even though I am in - school and do not have a job. They have destroyed my credit and made my life miserable.
