I have applied for a Principal Reduction and Loan Modification since the original Mortgage documents where made and signed by Chase representative without my consent and knowledge. Chase has not given me any compensation for the losses suffered by me and now trying to trick me into signing Home Affordable Modification Agreement documents which make the new documents take the place of the original documents since chase found that the initial documents were fraudulent. During the trail period time Chase send me letters stating that they will short sell or foreclose my house etc which puts very much stress on my family
