on -/-/2015, I filed an dispute with -. I advised them that I am not refusing to pay the alleged debt, but their claim is disputed. I advised - to send me copy of contract with my authentic signature that begun this alleged debt and should the contract not be available with my authentic signature to delete the trade line off the CRA. More importantly, I advised - that not complying wit the FDCPA will put their company in a bad position with the CFPB. - never sent me a contract with my authentic signature that begun this alleged debt and is still reporting the account to the CRA .- sent me correspondence dated -/-/2015, and it stated that they have responded to my previous disputes and there is not any new facts to form a new investigation pursuant to the fair credit reporting act U.S.C. section 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 8 ) ( F ) ( i ) ( 11 ) and no further replies will be forthcoming.
