I am current on my mortgage with Chase Bank and have been since - 2013. My interest rate of 10 % is a predatory loan which I have tried unsuccessfully to modify twice with Chase to no avail and can not qualify for HARP because my loan is not with -. Chase continues to add unwarranted fees such as having someone come by my house, which I 've been in for eight years now, to make sure " my family still lives there ''. I was just put in collection in -/-/- while not being late on my payment. When asked why, I was told because my payment was late. Clearly it was not. They waived the late charge but I 'm not sure they will report this correctly to the credit bureau. I need help getting rid of this loan and refinancing to a market rate loan. Please help.
