I financed a car thru Wells Fargo Dealer Services ( WFDS ) on - -, 2015. I got full coverage insurance on the car BEFORE LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP ON THE DAY OF THE LOAN. I provided proof of coverage THAT DAY WHILE STILL AT THE DEALERSHIP. I was STILL sent a letter from WFDS requesting proof of insurance. I submitted this proof FOR THE - TIME ( via the - website ) on - -, 2015. I have proof of the date and time of the submission. On - -, 2015, I received ANOTHER letter from WFDS requesting proof of insurance and including a NOTICE OF COLLATERAL PROTECTION INSURANCE. Today, I provided this proof of insurance coverage FOR THE THIRD TIME to WFDS and I expect THIS ONE will be ignored, too. Also, my contract with WFDS clearly states my Original Loan Amount as - with monthly minimum payments of -. Every payment I have made is exactly -, which is more than the minimum amount due. On my - -, 2015 statement, the Loan Balance was showing - with a minimum payment due of -. I paid my usual - and notified WFDS of the error. I never heard


PAST DUE AMOUNT '' TO THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT! On my - -, 2015 statement IT HAPPENED AGAIN! The Loan Balance is -, the Current Payment Due is -, reflecting a Past Due Amount of - and a - LATE CHARGE! On my - -, 2015 statement, my Loan Balance is now -, the Current Payment Due is -, reflecting a Past Due Amount of - and a - LATE CHARGE! I have provided proof of insurance coverage AND SOMEHOW THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT - TIMES!!! And they are charging me MORE THAN MY CONTRACT STATES FOR PAYMENTS, and adding the extra amounts to each new statement when I DO NOT OWE THESE AMOUNTS! I have paid MORE THAN THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY MY CONTRACT and I have no idea where these extra amounts are coming from but I have proof of everything I have submitted to them! My insurance agent is sending a fax to the company proving when I got insurance on the car, but I expect that THEY WILL CLAIM TO NOT HAVE THAT EITHER. I have already submitted this exact same complaint to the -. After submitting this complaint, I also plan to file this exact same complaint with the Attorney General 's Office, the Department of Consumer Affairs, and I plan to contact an attorney to discuss a lawsuit for breech of contract where I will also seek punitive damages.
