Hello, My wife and I refinance our car -/-/- with Santander USA. -/-/- we paid the car off and received new -, release of security note. We sold the car to - - - and since the car was sold - more times. I went to the DMV and received the print out of title. We have submitted it to all credit agencies numerous times and call Santander. Santander will not update there system and keeps reporting the wrong information. This causing us great harm. We are trying to buy a home but with this wrong and malice act by Santander the bank wants us to put more money aside for the loan which we cant afford. Please help!!!! Thank you.
