JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Closing/Cancelling account District of Columbia
We have had for a number of years a Visa - - Chase - - card. We are not and have never been delinquent. Our card was cancelled without notice to us. We have spent countless hours and talked to no less - different people at Chase/ Visa all of whom say they have no idea why the card was cancelled, they do not know anything and we should call some one else.The most aggravating run-around you could imagine. This is causing us - seniors - great trouble with our vendors, but the greatest frustration is Visa/ Chase - who never notified us in the first place and now repeatedly ignores us when all we want to know is why they cancelled our card?
