JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I received an email from - offering a free credit score report. When I replied and thus submitted the request I unwittingly must have agreed to a continuing charge, etc. which was hidden in the usual flabberjabber but which was not clearly stated or I would not have submitted the request. I only discovered this when I found a $39.00 charge on my Chase Freedom card. They have made cancelling the " membership '' difficult by not providing for an opportunity to cancel online and have only provided a telephone number with limited hours. According to online complaints actually canceltion is often ignored. I received an email from them on - which I did not read telling me that I had until - to cancel the membership of which I was not aware or desiring.
