At - - in - I took in a Certified Vehicle Certificate for a - Ford Mustang GT convertible which was not granted not disposed in my favor. I was treated unfairly, harassed, insulted by Visitors, Customers and entire staff at - - in -. I was informed by employee that nothing was in it for them, so they could n't grant my certificate.
