Defamation of Character, False Credit Reporting - I have been trying to resolve this with the Chase customer service team with no luck and very poor/rude customer service from one particular representative - -. He was not helpful in anyway and one of the most rude representatives I have ever interacted with in my life, why he is working for Chase is beyond me. If he worked for my company he would be fired. Every other representative was helpful and understanding. I have had a great experience with Chase until now and had - credit cards with you for which I was forced to close all of them yesterday because they would not resolve removing a 30 day late off my credit reports that is reported incorrectly on my credit bureaus. I opened a - credit card, made one purchase and never received any physical statements. They agreed at the time with the mistake and credited the account late fee. They then put a 30 day late on my credit reports. I have tried to get them to remove this and they refuse. This was not my fault because I never received any notification by Chase. I finally setup electronic
because of this mark on my credit this could be considered defamation of character since I was not the responsible party that caused this. As I stated before by past record never showed any late payments on any of my accounts and because of their behavior I closed all my accounts with Chase. They are very difficult but this is just wrong. Individuals should not be blamed for mistakes that Chase makes. Have them check all my accounts through them and not one ever had a late payment. Why would I have one late payment when my credit through them has been perfect. Why would they credit the late fee if they were wrong? Why is Chase so corrupt and open to ruin peoples credit? This pertains to account number ending in -. Thank youI am reporting this to every agency I can to take action. Many have been notified in the last day -, FTC, Consumer Finance.gov, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc. This needs to be removed from my credit ... ... ... I will contact all of executive management of Chase with regard to this. - - - - -, MN --
