Closing/Cancelling account Maryland

I have been a member of Pentagon Federal Credit Union since 2011. I had a checking & saving account and - major credit cards with excellent payment history 's. Around -, 2015 I checked my accountso on line and all my accounts are closed and my credit cards are charged off. I called and had several communication was different representative and they stated that my accounts were closed. They had me down on my accounts as being DEASED. I told the representative that this is a mistake on the credit union behalf. They also told me to provide them with notized document stating I ' am not dead. Okay I swallowed my pride on this situation and send them information to theread office. After about 3 weeks I may coctact with the credit union and they stated that they received my information. At that point nothing did not change. I stated to the credit union also how could you have - major credit cards charge off with a zero balance.
