Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft North Carolina

this account is clearly fraud and needs to be removed from my credit file i have had to deal with this for quite some time .... they continue to report this even after it is clearly not my account my information was used to open this account i have listed it on my police report and notarized id theft affidavit concerning this matter.
