- County Ford Dealership faked my signature on a credit application for a $3500.00 cash advance from Ford Credit Services. I discovered this issue once I received the payment booklet for the -/Ford Credit Services in the mail. I am - years old and was taken advantage of by Ford Credit Services in this transaction. I did dispute this loan with Ford Credit Services and was told by them that they did not have RESEARCH whether fraud was committed against me that they instead dismissed my Consumer Credit Loan Dispute without any investigation, since they received a letter from the Ford Dealership that I did agree to the loan with them even though their was no evidence presented by the dealership to Ford Motor Credit that I did apply for this loan. I believe Ford Motor Credit Services should be fined by the - Government for not upholding my legal rights under Regulation Z of the fair credit act, since they directly told me they did n't investigate any fraud activity and simply agreed with the Ford Dealership. I want Ford Credit Services to investigate my fraud claim and if found that fraud was discovered have my Ford Motor Credit Services / - loan closed.
