I submitted a claim for unauthorized charges on my debit card. At the time I was in -. The rep requested information regarding the where about of my debit card wallet etc. I advised her that due to the fact - I sent my personal belongings home with my sister to ensure that they were safe. In addition I advised her that my pin number was written on an identification card for my bank accounts but not stating for which account it was for. I was under the impression that - my sisters many friends took my wallet due to him not being around for few days after however later learned that he did not in fact take it and my sister must have left my bag in her car at home and It was taken. I called and spoke with a supervisor and she advised since I had given my pin to someone or allowed my - son to see me using my pin I am somehow responsible for charges that someone made without my approval, and it was not anyone that I knew personally. They refuse to re-open and investigate look at ATM Cams or surveillance. How am I to feel protected against fraud and misuse of my card when the bank will not protect me
