This is a follow up to case Your submission, [ Case number : - ]. I have already submitted my paperwork showing the credit reporting done in error on my account # -. This needs to be removed from my credit immediately as the correct procedure ( to protect consumers ) was not followed therefore reported to the credit bureaus in error. I received no response to my certified letter demanding a validation of what is said owed ''. I do not owe this debt but if it is handled in the correct fashion and this removed from my credit, as it should have never been in the first place, I will pay the $130.00. Please reach out to me through email or fax with this expressed in writing and we will go from there. Once received in writing showing this was done in error and will be removed from my credit immediately, I will mail in a check. This is my final attempt before I seek legal counsel and move on from there to sue for the $ 1000+ damages done to my credit. Thank you
