JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
We signed up for Chase Visa through Southwest Airlines for a special promotion of - reward points if you spend a certain amount of money over 3 months. the problem is they decided now that we signed up for a promotion that only gives you - reward points. they do n't have a record to what you signed up for and never sent us an email stating what reward program we signed up for.
