I 'm trying to buy a leased vehicle from a friend who has leased it. The lease term is over and Ally Bank told us what to do so that I can own the vehicle. I sent the Bank Checks to Ally Bank exactly the way they instructed. It 's been a month and Ally Bank will NOT release the title to me even though they CASHED the Bank Checks two days after they received it, on - -, 2015. When you call the - number, they transfer you to customer service '' and the call actually gets transferred to some - company, totally unrelated to Ally Bank! I really need some help to get the title to this vehicle as they CASHED the Bank Checks and are now avoiding my calls.
