I received an email offer for pre-approved credit card from CHASE Bank, i finished & submitted the application to CHASE and received a confirmation email states the following : From : chase.applicationreceipt - Date : - -, 2015 -Subject : Thank you for your applicationThank you for submitting a credit card application to Chase. Here 's what you can expect next : We 'll let you know of our decision through U.S. mail within the next 30 days. Please do n't resubmit this application while waiting for our decision. If we approve your application, we 'll send your card and other important information to you by U.S mail. Once you receive your card, call the number on the sticker right away so you can take advantage of everything your card has to offer. If we do n't approve your application, we 'll send you a letter explaining why. Thank you for applying for a Chase credit card====================================================================Until today i have n't received any response or reply from CHASE, I called chase bank 2 weeks after receiving this email and was informed


since i have perfect - score & low DEBT/Income ratio. I still have n't received a decision on this application and it is has been more than 70 days. and my Refinance is about to fall apart because of CHASE. if i do n't submit these documents to my refinancing bank, i might lose refinance. ===========================================================Response disputedRESPONSE Chase Bank Credit Card said : Explanation of closureWhen a credit card application is declined, we send a letter explaining the reasons why. I have enclosed a copy of our letter dated - -, 2015. The letter advises the reason for the decline is a Previous unsatisfactory relationship with us or - our affiliates. '' We apologize for the inconvenience, but we can not give a more specific reason. Comment : CHASE never sent me any letter on -/-/2015 because when I called on -/-/2015 I was told that no decision was made yet on the application HOWEVER I would like that letter to loaded to CFPB reply. ResponseWhen we were notified of this case, we sent you a letter letting you know we received it. Although we began researching your concerns right away, we need more time to complete it. Please expect a letter from us when we have an answer. Thank you for your patience. COMMENT : this is a lie you never sent me any letter in this REGARD, but I 'm entitled under FAIT ACT to receive the decision in writing, I WANT THAT POSTED HERE.
