I received a promotional mailer from M & T Bank stating that if I opened an EZChoice Checking Account with a minimum monthly direct deposit of at least $100.00, I would receive a $150.00 bonus within 90 days of account opening. I opened my account on -/-/2015 with a $100.00 initial deposit and subsequent $50.00 weekly direct deposits. 90 days came and went with no $150.00 bonus. I reached out to the - ( Delaware ) - to speak with - -, who originally opened my account. She claims I am not entitled to the bonus, because it had to be $100.00 weekly direct deposits. When I opened the account in -/-/-, I told - - I was going to make $50.00 weekly direct deposits. She said nothing to the contrary. This is false advertising, plain and simple.
