Chase Bank has notified us that any users of our on-line COMMERCIAL bank account is now required to provide their HOME PERSONAL address to use the company on line bank account. We try very diligently to separate the commercial and personal accounts and are not comfortable with a bank requiring personal information to use a commercial banking product. This is a breach of confidentiality to require personal information to access a business bank account. Below is the notice from Chase : '' As you may remember, on - -, 2014 we started requiring that all Chase - users provide their legal first and last name and primary residential address. We 've been gathering this information from our current users in phases, and starting - - we 'll need this information from the users who have access to your accounts. We 'll prompt them to provide this information the first time they log in after - - and will require that they enter it before they can view or transact on the account. We need this information because our policy requires that we obtain and record certain identifying information about any individual that transacts on a Chase account. We also sent this information to your chase.com user ( s ). If you have questions, please visit a branch or call us - - - -. As always, thanks for choosing Chase.
