Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Texas

Capital Accounts keeps sending me letters and has called me to collect on a debt that I had informed them over the phone and in writing that is not mine. Yet they keep sending me debt collection.= notices. They have also reported this to credit reporting agencies as a delinquent account and that has had an adverse impact on my credit worthiness.
