Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Washington
JP Morgan Chase allows for funds to be removed from your checking account to pay for payments up to - this means that while you 're sleeping your bank account could over draft and it wo n't let you know until it 's too late to fix it. Chase has done this to my husband and I multiple times. It 's understandable to have overdraft fees, but to allow payments to be deducted from the account at night when people are sleeping or working and are unable to bring the account positive is just crooked. I check my bank account every night before I go to bed. Last night I had $32.00 in it. At - this morning I had $ -. Because a check went through last night, at - when I am physically unable tocorrect it because I 'm already asleep. Now Chase will not refund the money because I have had the maximum amount of refunds they allow. This is unfair business practice because I would n't have had so many fee reversals if they would stop charging me overdraft at - eastern time.
