I have a loan with Bank of the West and I am frustrated because I was just informed that I would not be receiving regular statements, which was not disclosed at the time I took the loan 3 months ago. In addition, when I go to view the payments that were made online sometimes the payments show and sometimes they do n't, it 's very arbitrary. So downloading my activity is useless. Is there some remedy so that I have a way to make sure my payments are posted accurately and timely? I feel like I am in prison with a bank that is less than transparent and I do n't care for it and I am wondering if this is allowed from a regulatory perspective.
