Vehicle lease Problems when you are unable to pay Maryland

My wife and I had purchased a vehicle from a dealership, and the bank the they used has now refused to give us the Title, since a Medical condition caused us to falter on the last few payments. The bank in question has been playing hide & go seek '' with the Title, using various other institutions as a penalty to us. I once told them to come and pickupt the vehicle, AFTER they made contact with me, but they didia random drive-by to try nd pick it up. When it was n't in front of the house, they then used this tactic as an excuse to with-hold the Title, and claim we did n't deliver as promised. I have multiple documents to demonstrate their devious tactics. The first company they claimed was holding the Title was the - -, '' in -, MA. Then when I contacted -, they stated in an UNDATED letter that


collateral. '' No mention of me acquiring the requested -. The envelope is dated for - -, 2015. BB & T was provided with every piece of Medical information to demonstrate why my obligation to meet the payments were not met. Instead of obtaining the vehicle under professional and mutual means as I attempted, on numerous occasions, they instead started playing with my already - and will, after the well documented - ( - '' ).
