On -/-/2010 I closed on a house for me and my children. The property should never have closed in it 's condition. The broker acted in concert with the realtor to close the loan on a house that is almost uninhabitable. The condition of the property was grossly misrepresented by all parties involved. Because of their deceptive business practices our finances have been in ruin.
