Hi. In the late - of the year 2015, I received a letter from Nationwide Biweekly Administration , Inc. ( NBA ). They offered me a program called 'Interest Minimize '. I agreed to cooperate with NBA and process my mortgage payments thru them. There were - ( - ) electronic charges made by NBA from my checking account ( - - - ) in - and - in the amount of $1000.00 each. But, there is no money was transferred from NBA to my mortgage company called - - - -. My due date is -/-/2015. Please help! Please let me know which documents need to be provided.
