I just started paying on some credit cards through portfolio recovery debt collection. They have been calling me for over a year I finally have enough money to make the minimal payments so I set them up as soon as my first payment went through I started getting Phantom debt collection calls. I think someone that works there is either selling information or they know who pays their debts '' and is trying to get more money out of me. I think they should be looked into, it 's just kind of weird I have never had that happen before I have had the same number for years and as soon as I give in and start paying them I get 2 to 3 fake debt collection calls a day saying that I will be served with papers and threatening me.
