i financed a vehicle in -/-/- it was totaled in a car accident the finance company put it as a collection charge off closed Derogatory -/-/- the dealers insurance where i bought the vehicle was supposed to pay the gap payment that was left after my insurance company paid off the car and as it being put on my report as derogatory its the same as if it was repossesed and it wasnt it was paid now its ruining my credit score
